Every year, over 310,000 Americans die from out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. The survival rate hovers below 10%. This is hard to hear because we know that properly administered CPR can be the difference between seeing a loved one again, or not.
The difference? What happens in the minutes before EMS arrives. When bystanders perform CPR (especially CPR guided by a trained 911 telecommunicator) survival rates can triple.
Yet most 911 centers lack the comprehensive training, real-time support tools, and continuous improvement systems needed to deliver T-CPR at this level. TCPR ResQ exists to close that gap.
